Putsero Recipe by Mr. Chub Freeby



One of our favorite dish especially when I go home to Laguna is Putsero. My mother always requested me to cook this.


Ingredient:

Pork (pre boiled until tender)
Tomato sauce
Pechay
Baguio beans
Banana(saba)
Carrots
Patis(Fish Sauce)
Mantika(Oil)
Bawang (Garlic))
Sibuyas (Onion)
Paminta (black pepper)
Worcestershire sauce
Hunt's Pork and Beans 


Steps:

1. Deep fry the banana. Set a side.
2. Saute garlic, onions, pepper, fish sauce in oil. Add pork and cook until it turns to brown.
3. Add Hunt's Pork and Beans Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce. Mash the beans. This will thicken the sauce.
4. Add the carrot, Baguio beans. After 1-2 minutes add pechay and a little stock or water. Once vegetable are cook, turn off the fire and add fried banana.
